Houses
HOUSE SYSTEM :
The motive of having 'House' is to give opportunities to students for self expression, inculcate leadership qualities, to help students to shoulder responsibilities and help them to understand the concept of co-operation and team-spirit. The students from all sections are divided in to six houses:
- Gandhi House
- Aurobindo House
- Nehru House
- Tagore House
- Radha Krishnan House
- Vivekanand House
Each house functions under the charge of two lecturers and remains on duty for one week. The main duties of each house are:
- To conduct daily morning assembly.
- To check cleanliness of the campus and to maintain discipline in the campus.
- To check late comers, who are without uniform and wrong parking of vehicles.
- To actively participate in the inter house competitions organized by different clubs in the institution.
